Adjudication Sheets for SHSA Sanctioned Competitions

The following forms are used at SHSA Sanctioned Competitions. In order to have your competition sanctioned, please use this form.

Please refer to the Competitor's Handbook for the definitions of the categories used.

Competitor's forms.

Competitors will complete the registration form and the upper section of the appropriate adjudication forms (available at the competition) based on the categories in which they compete. One registration form and one adjudication form per judge is required.

Registration Form

Competitors must be members of the Scottish Harp Society of America. Competitors may complete the On-Line Membership form, print it, and mail it to the Membership Committee Chair. If there is insufficient time before the competition to mail in the On-Line Membership form, then print out the Competition Membership Application and Renewal Form and bring it to the competition.

Judge's forms.

Judges will use the Scoring Overview form for guidelines in determining a competitor's score. The Percentage Conversion Chart to convert the Total Points value into the Percentage value based on the column for Total Points.
